The Waffle Shack was established by Tracy in December 2020. After many years of dreaming of owning her own catering business, she spent over a year searching for the perfect location in Felixstowe and refining her concept.

When the opportunity to be part of something new at Beach Street arose, Tracy seized it and has loved being part of a growing concept and fantastic community. Despite the challenges of launching during a winter lockdown amidst COVID-19 restrictions, the business quickly soared from day one. With years of experience in hospitality and customer service, Tracy takes a lot of pride in creating an exceptional experience.

The shack now employees local young people who all enjoy working on new menu options and seasonal variations. They are really proud of their collaborations with local small businesses to create events and pop ups both in and around Felixstowe.
